We hope that you LOVE your purchase but if for some reason you don't please let us know. 

Mimz Silk Art will only accept returns that have not been worn, used or damaged in any way.  

If you would like to return or exchange an item please place all  items in secure container

Please include a detailed note to explain if you would like an EXCHANGE (size, color or design) or a RETURN.

* Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, and only after we receive the item.  Please allow 3-5 days from the day we receive item for your account to be credited.

Exchanges will be mailed out within 2-3 days to your original address.  If the item that you would like in exchange is unavailable, we will reach out to you with alternatives.
